Alisson is in line for his long-awaited Liverpool comeback this weekend.
The Brazil international has not featured for Jurgen Klopp’s side since suffering a calf injury in their 4-1 victory over Norwich City on August 9.
But Alisson’s lay-off is expected to come to an end on Sunday as the Reds look to maintain their eight-point lead in the Premier League against Manchester United.
During the international break, he successfully stepped up fitness preparations in order to be available for the highly-anticipated clash at Old Trafford.
Alisson’s performances for Liverpool last season en route to Champions League glory recently saw him crowned Goalkeeper of the Year by both UEFA and FIFA.
In the 27-year-old’s absence, Adrian has assumed the European champions’ goalkeeping responsibility and helped with their 100 per cent start to the season.
Liverpool are also set to have Mohamed Salah at their disposal again as he continues to recover from an ankle problem picked up against Leicester City.
