Liverpool have revealed their allocations for the Community Shield and UEFA Super Cup.
The European champions are set to take on Manchester City in the English football season’s traditional curtain-raiser on Sunday, August 4.
Around 28,000 tickets have been earmarked for the Reds in the Wembley showpiece with the Citizens, who beat them to last season’s Premier League title.
Following the Community Shield, Jurgen Klopp’s side will face Europa League winners Chelsea in the Super Cup in Istanbul on Wednesday, August 14.
UEFA have allocated just 5,257 tickets for Liverpool ahead of the game at Besiktas’ Vodafone Park, which holds an overall capacity of 41,903 seats.
Category 3 tickets are priced at £44.60 while the most expensive will cost supporters hoping to attend the game in Turkey in excess of £130 per person.
Fans will be able to apply for tickets through UEFA’s official ticket portal.
