Liverpool duo Jordan Henderson and Adam Lallana will not face any action from the Football Association following claims they visited a strip club while on England duty.
The pair were alleged to have made the late-night trip to Bournemouth last weekend following their country’s World Cup qualifying win over Scotland.
A potential probe into Henderson and Lallana’s conduct had been mooted in the aftermath of the scandal which saw Wayne Rooney photographed drinking at a wedding party while in an England tracksuit.
But Henderson and Lallana are unlikely to encounter any repercussions from the FA, who have since banned its players from having nights out while representing their country.
Neither the Liverpool captain nor his team mate are thought to have breached the authority’s code of conduct in the process.
