Police are hunting a burglar who targeted Jennifer Ellison’s dance studio.
The former Brookside star has operated the performing arts school in Kensington since 2015, offering dance and musical theatre courses.
It was reported on Wednesday that the man had forced entry to Jelli Studios on Edge Lane at 5.30am that day, making off with several high-value goods.
Two bikes, a desktop computer and an Apple iPad are said to have been taken but one of the bikes has since been returned to the studio.
Chief Inspector Andy Fielding said: “It is despicable to think that anyone would break into a studio providing a much-loved service to young people in Liverpool and take valuable items used by the children and staff.
“We would appeal to anyone who may have information on this burglary, or has been offered an Apple desktop computer, iPad or bikes in suspicious circumstances since Wednesday to get in touch.”
