Everton are targeting Chelsea pair Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Michy Batshuayi.
Loftus-Cheek rose to prominence during England’s World Cup campaign while Batshuayi scored twice in Belgium’s own run to the competition’s semi-finals.
Both players excelled during loan spells with Crystal Palace and Borussia Dortmund last season as their Stamford Bridge prospects appeared bleak.
Palace had emerged as forerunners for Loftus-Cheek’s signature but reports claim that a move to Goodison Park could also now be in the offing.
According to the Mirror, Marco Silva is planning to ask Chelsea counterpart Maurizio Sarri about the possibility of loaning the midfielder this season.
Batshuayi is also the subject of interest from the Blues after recording nine goals in 14 outings for Dortmund after joining on loan at the start of January.
Everton are in the process of trimming their current squad and wage bill under Silva and the club’s new director of football Marcel Brands.
