Everton have asked fans to rate Sam Allardyce’s tenure on a scale of zero to 10.
Supporters were canvassed for their views on the polarising current Blues manager in a survey on the connection they feel with the club.
Allardyce continues to face stern opposition in the stands at Goodison Park despite safeguarding Everton’s Premier League status since his appointment.
Chants against the one-time England boss have regularly aired during away games, most recently in last weekend’s 1-1 draw with Swansea City.
Fans were asked to rate the statement “I have a high level of trust in the current manager and coaching staff… e.g. in making the right decisions to get the best out of the team.”
Uncertainty has dominated Allardyce’s Everton future amid claims that majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri is plotting a summer of upheaval.
Among the changes rumoured in the close season is the arrival of a new sporting director with PSV Eindhoven’s Marcel Brands heavily tipped.
