Sandro wants to make Everton exit permanent

Everton striker Sandro Ramirez wants to make his stay with Sevilla permanent.

The Spain under-21 international moved to Goodison Park last summer in a £5 million deal from Malaga but struggled to make any genuine impact.

Under both Ronald Koeman and Sam Allardyce, Sandro failed to cement a regular first-team place before sealing a loan move to Sevilla last month.

Now it seems he is intent on remaining at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.

“I’ve been here two weeks and I want to continue next season at Sevilla,” he told Radio Marca.

“I’m really where I want to be.”

It remains to be seen how Everton will react to the comments, with both the club and player seemingly at a crossroads at this moment in time.

Allardyce had offered both Sandro and fellow transfer misfit Davy Klaassen fresh hopes of ultimately reviving their careers on Merseyside.
