A further four people have been charged over the murder of Elle Edwards.
The 26-year-old was fatally shot when Conor Chapman opened fire outside The Lighthouse pub in Wallasey Village on Christmas Eve last year.
Chapman was to a minimum term of 48 years behind bars in July for the killing, which saw Ms Edwards caught in the crossfire of a gangland feud.
Police have now confirmed that a further four people are set to face trial in the New Year in connection with the beautician’s killing shortly before midnight.
Two men, aged 42 and 54, and two 33-year-old women are charged with assisting an offender and will appear at Wirral Magistrates Court on January 15.
Reporting restrictions are currently in place which prevents the four people, all native to the Wirral area, from being formally identified at this stage.
