Two men have been arrested in connection with Olivia Pratt-Korbel’s murder.
Nine-year-old Olivia was tragically killed in her home on Kingsheath Avnue after a man chased another man into the property and began firing bullets.
Police detained a 36-year-old man from Huyton and a 33-year-old from Dovecot on suspicion of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
Both men have since been released on bail while the 36-year-old has been recalled to prison after breaching the terms of his license.
The investigation in to Olivia’s murder is ongoing and detectives still need to build up a strong evidential picture so that they can bring those responsible to justice.
