Liverpool restaurant and bar Manifest has won ‘Front of House Team of the Year’ at The Staff Canteen Awards.
The national award celebrates a group of hospitality professionals who consistently demonstrate teamwork, mutual support, passion for their craft, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Situated in the Baltic Triangle, Manifest was selected as the winner from a shortlist of four, including London’s The Dorchester, Winsome in Manchester and Homestead Kitchen in Goathland, North Yorkshire.
Manifest’s General Manager Tom Ford and his team were recognised for their exceptional hospitality and the warm, engaging service that defines the restaurant’s atmosphere.
Co-owner Paul Durand said: “We’re so proud of the whole team.
“This award really sums up what we’re all about – everyone working together, kitchen and front of house side by side. That’s what we call total hospitality.
“It’s great to see Manifest representing Liverpool on a national stage showing the professionalism, warmth and hospitality that is at the heart of the region.”
Launched in 2020, The Staff Canteen Awards are the only UK hospitality awards with no judging panels or sponsor influence.
Over 50,000 industry member votes were received for the 2025 awards just held.
This year’s event took place at Scotland House in London, on Monday (November 10) recognising chefs, front-of-house staff and hospitality heroes from across the country.
