Dave Critchley, head chef at Lu Ban, has launched an independent delivery service for Liverpool restaurants during the Coronavirus crisis.
Critchley has teamed up with restaurants across the city to develop the Liverpool Independent Delivery Service (LIDS).
LIDS aims to bring together the city’s producers and suppliers at a time which has left the hospitality industry crippled and the public struggling to get their hands on essential products.
Local suppliers taking part include the Scotch Beef Shop, The Little Shoe Bakery, Liverpool Cheese Company, Laura’s Little Bakery, McKuhens Butchers, H Jesse Seafood, Liverpool Produce Company and Ware UK.
