Lorenzo Insigne is said to be interested in making a move to Liverpool.
Insigne has held talks with a view to extending his stay with Napoli but reports in Italy claim that joining the Reds has appeared a prospect.
Negotiations between the striker and his Serie A employers recently reached an impasse over demands of a £100,000-per-week salary.
And Rai Sport suggest that Insigne has now set his sights on the Premier League, with Liverpool and Tottenham preveriously expressing interest.
But the 25-year-old is understood to be enticed by the prospect of moving to Anfield and working under Jurgen Klopp’s high-intensity brand of football.
