Jurgen Klopp insists Liverpool’s transfer plans remain unchanged following last weekend’s defeat to Burnley.
The two-goal reversal at Turf Moor attracted a host of criticism after it saw the Reds highly exposed and sorely lacking in their attacking options.
But Klopp has dismissed claims that he will alter his recruitment remit before the transfer window closes next Wednesday, on August 31.
He said: “If one game would change my mind, then I would be a real idiot.
“If that was the case, how could I be here?
“Will I [sign more players]? The answer is I don’t know. We will see.”
