Swanky Malone open second Liverpool salon in Baltic Quarter

Popular Garston hairdressers Swanky Malone is set to open a new salon in the heart of Liverpool’s Baltic Quarter.

Aptly named Swanky Malone Downtown in light of its convenient city centre location, the new unisex salon on Jamaica Street comes as the result of a five-figure investment in the business.

The ambitious plans follow just two years after the original salon was opened in St Mary’s Road in Garston.

And Swanky Malone Director Cameron Stananought pinpointed the salon’s excellent customer service as the reason behind the ‘unprecedented demand.

He said: “Due to unprecedented demand, we’ve decided to take the Swanky Malone concept and replicate it in the form of Swanky Malone Downtown.

“We’re offering the same services as before but in the heart of the city centre, making it easier for our clients from across the North West to access our services.

“For me, it’s all about taking hairdressing back to its roots and focusing on second-to-none customer service. For example, our ‘Word from the Bird’ consultation is complimentary – we believe that investing our time into our customers creates the most desirable outcome, and that’s what we’re all about.

“We want to create a completely novel experience from the moment you walk through the door.”

He added: “The whole aesthetic of the salon was inspired by my love for all things 1920’s combined with a penchant for gangster films – our décor is a real nod to times gone by and I love that our customers can experience something a bit different when they visit us.

“It’s certainly rewarding to see our concept come to life in the city centre.”
