A new gourmet diner is set to come to one of Bold Street’s most popular spots.
Slim’s will open its doors in a matter of weeks at the site of the former Love Thy Neighbour coffee bar as part of Graffiti Spirits Group’s latest venture.
Taking inspiration from high-end New York diners, Slim’s will be an all-day eatery that aims to provide quality comfort food in laid-back surroundings.
A varied menu will provide all the classics, as well as delicious vegetarian and vegan offerings that will satisfy everyone’s tastes.
Other menu staples include delicious award-winning roast dinners served in metal trays as well as classic American-style burgers.
Alongside being a top quality restaurant, the downstairs will also be the host of a sports bar showing the greatest football matches and a variety of other sporting events.
