Distillery Tour (£20)
The Distillery Tour starts with a Liverpool Gin and Tonic before visitors enjoy a guided tour where they will discover the history of gin in Liverpool and learn about its gin making techniques. Buy tickets here
The Distillery Tour and Tasting (£35)
Visitors can enjoy The Distillery Tour where visitors get a behind the scenes look at the distilling process, followed by a four- flight gin tasting, during which they will sample the iconic Liverpool Gin range. Buy tickets here
Distillery Tour, Tasting & Gin Lab Experience (£65)
This package includes The Distillery Tour and four-flight gin tasting, followed by a visit to the distillery’s Gin Laboratories, where visitors will learn about the history of gin and organic Liverpool Gin, before exploring a wide range of botanicals they can choose from to design their own recipe and distil their very own personalised bottle of Liverpool Gin that can be named by them and finished with a wax seal. Liverpool Gin Distillery opens on Monday 26 November, when it will also start welcoming people for food and drink. The Basement is a premium dark spirits bar while on The Ground Floor, visitors will see Liverpool Organic Gin being made in its 600-litre working copper still and enjoy a range of cocktails featuring Liverpool Gin, Liverpool Gin Valencian Orange, Liverpool Gin Rose Petal and new Liverpool Gin Lemongrass and Ginger. The Ground Floor bar will also serve delicious handmade pizzas, tapas, flatbreads and nibbles.
As the name suggests, Liverpool Gin is a super-premium, organic gin distilled in a copper still in Liverpool. An artisanal gin, it combines a unique range of distinctive botanicals, resulting in an intense juniper and complex well-balanced botanical flavour with a bright citrus finish.
