Adam Lallana could make his long-awaited Liverpool comeback this weekend.
Lallana has completed just three starts for the Reds this season after suffering a combination of thigh and hamstring injuries and last featured in March.
But the England international is now in contention for the Premier League finale against Brighton and could also feature in the Champions League final.
With qualification for Europe’s elite club competition again going down to the wire, Klopp has admitted that Lallana is fighting fight for the final furlong.
“He trains normal for about a week now,” said Klopp.
“Long time without football, but Adam is Adam so he looks quite ok.
“The perfect thing now would be to have minutes, we will see if we have the opportunity to do that.
“But as fit as he can be, I would say.”
