Liverpool have secured the signing of England Youth international Diego Lattie, following the defender’s relase from Manchester City.
Lattie had attracted attention from a number of Premier League clubs, have the Reds acted quickly to sign the promising right back for their Academy.
England U17 international Lattie is believed to have first caught the eye of Liverpool when playing against them for City, and he is set to be fast tracked into the club’s U18 squad.
Due to Lattie’s contract with City expiring, Liverpool do not have to pay out a compensation fee.
