RuPaul Drag Race star adds extra date to Liverpool show

Winner of the latest series of hit Netflix show RuPaul’s Drag Race, Jinkx Monsoon will be coming to the Unity Theatre this November and has added an extra date.

Jinkx Monsoon will be co-starring in the critically acclaimed comedy-cabaret The Vaudevilles as part of the Homotopia Festival 2017.

Due to phenomenal demand for the show on November 3, an extra show has been added. The first show begins at 7:30pm and now a second performance will take place at 9:30pm.

The Vaudevilles tells the story of Dr. Dan Von Dandy and Kitty Witless who toured across America as The Vaudevilles during the 1920s.

Dazzling crowds with their edgy and original musical performances, their tour took them to Antarctica where they were buried by an avalanche and instantly frozen.

Thanks to Global Warming, the pair are unfrozen in modern day and find pop stars have stolen their music and claimed it as their own.

They return to the stage to claim back what was rightfully theirs, where hilarity ensues with original composed music with a drag twist.

Jinkx Monsoon the fiery alter ego of entertainer Jerick Hoffer, became a sensation when appearing on season five of RuPaul’s Drag Race and winning.

Tickets are priced at £16.50, with a concession price of £14.50, and are available from the Box Office on 0151 709 4988 or via www.unitytheatreliverpool.co.uk.
