Castle Street Townhouse has devised a new menu filled with a variety of cocktails.
The new range was concocted to suit the summer season, with ‘3 Mirrored Feeling’, The Bow Tie’ and ‘Townhouse Feeling’ just a few of the latest additions.
Created with the input from all members of Townhouse staff, the eclectic mix of customer and team favourites reflects the city centre bar and restaurant’s ethos.
As part of the new evening menu, other cocktails now available are ‘Fireside Jamaican’, ‘Brunch Punch’ and ‘Free As A Bird’, all tailored for the longer days of summer.
Robert Andrew Scott, general manager of Castle St Townhouse, said: “We’re all very proud of our new cocktail menu.
“And we felt that it’s the perfect way to maintain our bartenders’ pristine reputation as highly skilled mixologists across the city.
“Each of the drinks on our new menu are appropriate for each and every season.
“But we felt that there was no better time to introduce them than summer as we know there’s nothing more refreshing than a delicious cocktail on a hot day.”
