Popular burger restaurant Five Guys will open a flagship restaurant at Liverpool One this summer.
The 175-seater venue is due to open on The Terrace as it move into the former site of Café Rouge, which will close its doors this weekend.
Five Guys already have a foothold in the city centre’s bustling restaurant scene with their first-ever store opening in Queens Square at the end of 2015.
Chris Bliss, Estate Director at Liverpool One, said: “Five Guys has quickly established itself as a firm favourite with visitors to Liverpool city centre.
“We are delighted to see them choose Liverpool One as their new home.
“It showcases the strength of the leisure offer at Liverpool One with high profile brands choosing here for their flagship stores.”
Neville Mailing, Head of Property at Five Guys, added: “Securing a location on The Terrace at Liverpool One fulfills a long-held ambition for Five Guys.
“We are in a prime location in one of the UK’s prime cities.”
