Riza Durmisi has opened the door to a potential switch to Liverpool.
The Real Betis defender recently emerged as a target for the Reds as Jurgen Klopp aims to source a long-term solution to his current left-back problem.
Scouts from Anfield are understood to have observed Durmisi during his recent La Liga outings with a view to securing his prospective switch this summer.
And the Denmark international, 23, has refused to discount joining Liverpool although he insists that he is also under no urgency to leave Betis.
“I know about Liverpool’s interest, but I do not know how practical it is,” he told newspaper BT.
“There will always be a lot of talk when you play in one of the world’s best leagues.
“I am in no way desperate to get away [from Betis].
“If other clubs are ready to pay, and if Betis will sell me, I will of course listen to the offer.
“This also applies to Liverpool. Anything else would be idiocy.”
