Arne Slot has been shortlisted for October’s Premier League Manager of the Month.
The Liverpool head coach earned a third successive nomination after inspiring his side to seven points from their three top-flight games over the course of this month.
Slot masterminded victories over Crystal Palace and Chelsea before claiming a point in last weekend’s 2-2 draw with Arsenal to remain in the title race running.
He faces competition from Nottingham Forest’s Nuno Espirito Santo, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola and Fabian Hurzeler of Brighton & Hove Albion.
The award is set to be decided by the public via the Premier League’s official website, with voting set to close at midday BST on Monday, November 4.
Meanwhile Liverpool face a trip to Southampton in the Carabao Cup quarter finals.
Slot’s side continued their defence with a 3-2 win over Brighton on Wednesday courtesy of second-half goals from Luis Diaz and a brace by Cody Gakpo.
