Another man has been arrested in the murder case of Blake Brown.
A 22-year-old from Huyton became the latest to be detained on suspicion of murder and came just hours after another person had been questioned.
In total, police have taken five men into custody in connection with Brown’s killing in the Southwood Road area of Aigburth late on Monday night.
The others believed to be linked to the murder are a 25-year-old man of no fixed abode, two 22-year-olds from Croxteth and a 24-year-old from Anfield.
Brown died at the scene on Monday as a result of multiple gunshot wounds.
