Police have arrested two men on suspicion of the murder of Blake Brown.
Two men, both aged 22 and from the Croxteth area, have been taken in for questioning in connection with the 30-year-old’s killing in Aigburth.
Both have been arrested on suspicion of murder while one also faces charges of possession and cultivation of cannabis as well as money laundering.
Brown was killed on Southwood Road on Monday night after suffering gunshot wounds to his head, thigh and buttock.
He was taken to hospital but was pronounced dead a short time afterwards.
