Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was injured by a drive-by shooting in Kensington.
Officers were called to Molyneux Road at around 7pm on Sunday, hospital June 18 that left the victim with a facial injury from what is believed to be a paintball gun from a silver VW Golf, which drove in the direction of Sheil Road.
The victim, aged 22, suffered an injury to his eye and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Merseyside Police officers attended at the scene and are now carrying out enquiries, including a review of CCTV opportunities while an investigation into the full circumstances surrounding the incident continues.
