Aiden Byrne will no longer takeover the running of Vincent Cafe and Bar after the purchasing process fell through.
A sign outside the restaurant said that they would no longer be taking over due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
a statement issued by Medusa Hospitality Ltd said it was unable to progress with the deal.
A spokesman added: “It is with regret that we confirm that we are unable to progress with the deal to acquire The Vincent Café after undertaking due-diligence.”
It is understood that the restaurant will remain operating as usual.
