Police have charged seven doormen in relation to a mass brawl in Concert Square.
A group of alleged football hooligancs involved in the skirmishes that took place in the popular Liverpool city centre nightspot on November 22 last year.
Ryan Lacey, 23, has already been jailed for seven years after stamping on the head of German national Jan Richter-Gerner, who suffered multiple injuries.
Detectives investigating the outbreak of violence have now charged seven individuals who were employed as door staff in and around Concert Square.
Those charged are:
Austin Cole, 43, of Liverpool city centre
Alan Day, 29, from Vauxhall
John Cummings, 30, from Norris Green
Nat Afful, 28, from Fairfield
Neema Khurasani, 23, of Kensington
Anton Denny, 28, and James Murphy, 25 – both from Toxteth
All seven are set to appear before Liverpool Magistrates Court on June 28.
