A 39 year-old man has been charged with making threats to kill following an incident in Oxton Village yesterday.
A report was received at around 2.10pm that a man had been acting aggressively in the Princess Terrace are of Oxton Village.
Officers attended and a 39-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill. He was taken to a police station in Merseyside to be interviewed and has since been charged.
39 year-old Michael Burns has been charged with threats to kill and will appear at Wirral Magistrates Court this morning.
