A 34-year-old man has been charged in connection with the death of 16-year-old Thomas Edwards.
Thomas Edwards died of his injuries after he was involved in a hit and run on Sunday night involving an Audi S3.
Patrick Smeda of Wavertree is due to appear in court today charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and without insurance, and failing to stop after an accident.
