A man has died after being pulled from the water at the Pier Head.
Emergency services attended the Pier Head at 12.25pm on Thursday following reports of a man in the River Mersey.
The man in his 50s was pulled from the water but pronounced deceased at the scene.
His death is not being treated as suspicious.
