Merseyside Police have released a 29-year-old Woman who had been arrested in connection with the murder of James Meadows.
The 29-year-old has been released on police bail yesterdaypending further enquiries.
A murder investigation was launched after 17-year-old James Meadows died in hospital the day after he was shot in the head whilst riding on a Motorbike.
