Police are appealing for witnesses after an alleged sexual assault on a Liverpool bus.
The incident took place between 6pm and 6.30pm on Monday, May 29 during a journey on Arriva’s 79 route heading from Liverpool One towards Belle Vale.
A woman is seen to be approached by a man who then sexually assaulted her.
The victim was not hurt but has been left greatly distressed by the incident.
Detectives have issued CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to and believe will be able to help with their current investigation.
Either he or anyone who might have information about the incident are being urged to come forward.
