An Aigburth man has been hit with a two-year banning order.
Andrew Christopher Marley was issued with the ruling at Liverpool Magistrates Court following a catalogue of incidents of anti-social behaviour.
The 54-year-old is now bound by a Criminal Behaviour Order, which includes the following terms:
• Approach persons unknown to ask for money or alms in the County of Merseyside
• Enter the area bounded by Wavertree Road, L7, Tunnel Road, Spekeland Road and Spofforth Road
• Act or incite others to act in an anti-social manner, that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household within the County of Merseyside. Such behaviour includes (but not limited to) shouting and swearing or using threatening words towards any person in a public place.
• Loiter outside any shop within the County of Merseyside
• Confirmed can go on Spekeland Road Tunnel Road and Spofforth road and Wavertree Road area enclosed/bounded by cannot enter and can travel on railway through area but not get off train at Edge Hill station
If he does not comply with all the conditions of this order, he will be committing a criminal offence and could be sent for detention.
Action was taken against Andrew Marley, when his anti-social behaviour repeatedly came to the attention of Merseyside Police.
