Maggie’s Culture Crawl is returning to Liverpool this year with a new location added to the route.
Runners are taken on a 10km walk, passing some of the city’s most iconic and stunning buildings along the way.
Some of the sites include St Luke’s ‘Bombed Out’ Church, Liverpool’s Medical Institution and now added to this year’s walk, Victoria Museum and Gallery.
The Culture Crawl helps to raise money to support people with cancer but also gives those who had the disease the support they need in life after having cancer.
Maggie’s Merseyside also provides support to those who have cancer by making sure they get the tailored help they need to cope.
Taking place on September 14, registration is open now and early birds can register for just £15, with fundraisers asked to raise at least £80 for the charity.
All funds raised will go towards ensuring their centre stays open and free to provide professional support to all across the region that suffer from cancer.
Maggie’s centre first opened in Edinburgh and there are now 21 centres across the UK, with the charity celebrating its 21st anniversary this year too.
