Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has promoted Ian Taylor to audit partner in Liverpool – highlighting further investment in the team after a year of growth.
Ian joined RSM in 2015, prior to which he held roles at Land Securities Group PLC and DEXUS Property Group. He has over 10 years’ audit experience working with middle market businesses, specialising in providing audit, assurance and financial reporting services with particular expertise advising organisations in the real estate sector. Ian is a member of both the Investment Property Forum and the Forum for the Built Environment.
In his new role, Ian will help expand RSM’s service offering in Liverpool whilst continuing to support existing and new clients across the North West. In addition, he will grow the firm’s regional real estate and construction business.

The news follows the recent additional appointments of five new trainees in Liverpool; Jacqui Baker’s accreditation as an audit responsible individual (RI); plus, the expansion of the firm’s office at Chapel Street – supporting the firm’s strategic growth plans and strengthening RSM’s presence in Liverpool.
