Everton have secured Enner Valencia on a season-long loan from West Ham.
After missing out on Lucas Perez to Arsenal and failing in his efforts to land Manolo Gabbiadini from Napoli, Ronald Koeman turned to the Ecuador striker.
And Valencia, who scored four Premier League goals for the Hammers last season, could be set to make his Blues stay a permanent one.
Goodison Park officials have the option to sign the 26-year-old for £14.5 million when the loan expires in 12 months’ time.
