A masked gang raided a Norris Green jewellers on Christmas Eve.
Police were called to Broadway Jewellers at around 4.20pm after reports that the group of men had forced their way into the shop and threatened staff.
They made off with several items of jewellery and fled the scene on Utting Avenue East using electric scooters which were travelling toward Long Lane.
Officers are currently carrying out CCTV and witness enquiries.
