Everton winger Kevin Mirallas is set to rejoin former club Olympiacos.
The Superleague Greece champions confirmed on Saturday that an agreement had been reached with the Blues subject to a successful medical.
Mirallas scored 38 times in over 150 games during a five-and-a-half year spell with Everton but has become a peripheral figure in the past 18 months.
His final Everton appearance came in last month’s Europa League dead rubber with Apollon Limassol.
West Ham attempted to offer the 30-year-old an escape from his Toffees exile last summer but saw their loan approach rejected outright.
The end of Mirallas’ Goodison career was overshadowed by accusations of a poor attitude which resurfaced during an alleged training ground fall-out in November.
Both the forward and teammate Morgan Schneiderlin were said to have been allowed to leave Finch Farm over a perceived lack of effort.
