Sevilla have joined Tottenham, Southampton and Newcastle United in be monitoring Sandro’s future but the Everton manager is aiming to steal a march.
Reports in Spain claim that Koeman is planning to activate the former Barcelona forward’s €6 million buy-out clause in his contract with Malaga.
Marca have also suggested that Sandro is encouraged by the firm interest shown from Goodison Park officials, which may help win the race for his signature.
Sandro is expected to delay a decision on his future by several days, with Atletico Madrid also said to be pursuing a potential move for the 21-year-old.
