Jurgen Klopp believes that Liverpool still have plenty of room for improvement.
Klopp’s side are on course to deliver a first Premier League title to Anfield since 1990 and currently hold a 13-point lead at the summit with 16 games remaining.
Last Sunday’s 2-0 win over Manchester United reaffirmed the Reds’ domestic credentials as they extended their unbeaten run to 39 games since last season.
But Klopp has warned the European champions’ rivals that they are still far from the finished article and pinpointed areas where his squad can further develop.
He said: “Where can we improve? Concentration level.
“Against United, we did a lot of things in the right way, dominated the game in a way you cannot expect before the game, but you do not finish the game off and it is open.
“We were not really in trouble, but they had a few finishes and a big chance in the second half so there is a lot of space to improve.
“What we can do in situations like that, how can we help ourselves, how can we stay lively even without creating constantly?
“We need to find a common way in these situations to still dominate the game in a slightly different manner. But we are all human beings and that is normal.”
