Six people have been arrested after a man’s body was discovered in Fairfield.
Emergency services were called to Balmoral Road at around 11.20am on Thursday (May 14) over the ‘unexpected’ death of a man at a property.
A post mortem was held on the same day but the cause of death is currently pending further medical investigations.
Police arrested six men aged 30, 42, 45, 50, 54, 53 and 58 from Liverpool on suspicion of murder. They were all taken into custody where they remain.
Enquiries into the incident are still ongoing.
