Police have made a further four arrests in the investigation into Blake Brown’s murder.
Two men, aged 28 and 30, and a 37-year-old woman – all from Wigan – and a 29-year-old man from St Helens have all been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
All four are in custody today and will be questioned by detectives about their involvement in the late-night killing of Brown in Aigburth last month.
Six people have previously been arrested since the 30-year-old was gunned down in Southwood Road on October 24 and have all been bailed pending further enquiries.
