Coco Brazil is set to shake up Liverpool’s drinks scene with a first-of-its-kind menu.
The luxury Bold Street rodizio restaurant and bar have launched is set to be the city’s first-ever Bubble Tea cocktail menu with a twist of premium Brazilian mixology.
Specially created by Coco Brazil’s team, the limited-edition collection features tropical fruits, cacahca, vodkas and rums all perfectly paired with popping boba and traditional tapioca pearls.
Highlights from the exclusive menu include Brazilian Bubble Mojito, Copacabana Cloud and Coco Volcano as well as alcohol-free Rio Sunrise and Amazon Glow.
A spokesperson said: “I’ve always loved bubble tea; whenever I visited a shop, I’d order one. I’m also a big fan of cocktails, so one day I thought: why not combine the two?
“I began experimenting with various cocktails and fruit pearls, tasting unique flavour combinations and adjusting them until they complemented each other perfectly.
“Once I hit on the recipes I loved, the Bubble Cocktail Collection was born.
“The fruit pearls we use come directly from Taiwan, the birthplace of bubble tea. I wanted to bring those authentic ingredients to Liverpool while creating something completely new and exciting.”
The Bubble Cocktail Collection is available every day throughout the summer.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, guests can also enjoy live Brazilian entertainment, making Coco Brazil one of Liverpool’s most vibrant dining destinations.
