Liverpool’s Albert’s Schloss is going full emerald this March, as the Bavarian pleasure palace rolls out a month‑long St Patrick’s Day celebration filled with flowing Guinness, Jameson cocktails, Celtic feasting and signature Schloss showtime.
From 2–29 March, the Bold Street venue is painting the town green with a limited run of perfectly poured pints of Guinness — available for one month only before the taps run dry for the rest of the year. Alongside it, Schloss has teamed up with Jameson to shake and stir a line‑up of Irish‑inspired cocktails, including a smooth Irish Velvet and the ever‑popular Jameson, Ginger & Lime.
Celtic Comforts in the Cook Haus
Over in the Cook Haus, chefs are serving up three limited‑edition dishes with a hearty Celtic twist:
- Cow & Guinness Pie – braised shin of beef, parsley and bone marrow stuffing, double cream mash and hispi cabbage
- Smoked Salmon Irish Boxty – Irish potato pancake with baby spinach, sour cream, pickled red onions and dill
- Sticky Toffee Pudding – drenched in Jameson toffee sauce and served with vanilla ice cream
In true Schloss style, the celebration comes with a touch of luck and a touch of chaos. Guests can take part in the venue’s Push For Luck game, with prizes ranging from Baby Guinness shots and cocktail tokens to indulgent desserts, St Paddy’s merch and even £100 off the bill.
The game will run on Friday 13 March, Saturday 14 March and St Patrick’s Day itself on Tuesday 17 March.
The festivities continue across the month with the venue’s lively schedule of folk and Irish bands, plus the unmissable St Patrick’s Bertie’s Band, bringing a mix of music, spectacle and shamrock‑powered mischief to Bold Street.
Albert’s Schloss’ St Patrick’s takeover runs from 2–29 March, offering a full month of standout drinks, decadent dishes and high‑energy entertainment.
Bookings are now open for what promises to be Liverpool’s most spirited St Patrick’s celebration.
