When his phone was checked, authorities found “flare” messages designed to tell customers about the strains of marijuana Bakker had been selling. He had another phone that he had been using to source marijuana for his operation. Bakker had been arrested on a train in October 2020 and was caught with a knife again.
Bakker will not spend time behind bars for being in possession of marijuana and a knife.

30-year-old Christopher Traynor spent time on the battlefields of Afghanistan. When he returned home, he was coaxed into helping drug barons import heroin from Amsterdam. Despite his exemplary military service, Traynor got caught up in the drug trade. The veteran was caught after a member of the Border Force opened a package and found heroin inside. Liverpool Crown Court heard that Traynor’s time in the army lead to him developing PTSD and cocaine addiction.
The infantryman accumulated a drug debt that he was unable to pay. Instead, the drug dealers convinced him to begin selling cocaine, ecstasy, heroin, and other drugs.
