Liverpool One is the latest location to be added to the Liverpool Loves festival line-up.
Organisers, Orb CIC have revealed that the festival is set to move into the heart of the city centre for it’s third year running on August 5 and 6 this year.
It is the first time that the festival will extend into the city centre with plenty on offer for everyone to enjoy.
With Derby Square also being added to the festival, the main stage venue will be located under the Queen Victoria Monument.
Celebrating all things Liverpool, from culture, to business, food and well-being, the festival is set to display the best of what Liverpool has to offer.
Since its inception in 2015, the festival has continued to grow with over 40,000 attending last year and 27,000 the year before, organisers Orb CIC are hoping to build on their success.
Family events have been arranged with tai chi, drumming sessions, yoga sessions and an opportunity to learn circus skills.
Donna Howitt, Liverpool One’s marketing director, said: “We are excited to welcome Liverpool Loves to Liverpool One.
“We offer a programme of events throughout the year and are very pleased to be partnering with the increasingly popular Liverpool Loves festival.”
