Arne Slot’s Liverpool reign will begin with a trip to Ipswich Town.
The Premier League fixtures for 2024/25 will see Jurgen Klopp’s successor taking on the newcomers at Portman Road on Saturday, August 17.
It will be the fifth time in the last six seasons that the Reds have faced a newly promoted side on their opening weekend of the new top flight campaign.
The game at Portman Road has already been confirmed as a 12.30pm kick-off which broadcaster TNT Sports will be screening live in the UK.
Slot’s first home outing takes place the following weekend against Brentford before he does battle with Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United on August 31.
The first Merseyside derby of the season is set for Goodison Park on December 7 before Anfield hosts the return leg on Wednesday, April 2.
Liverpool will entertain Manchester City on November 30 before travelling to take on the reigning champions at the Etihad Stadium on February 22.
Christmas sees Slot’s charges face Leicester City on Boxing Day before closing out the calendar year with a trip to West Ham on December 29.
Liverpool’s 2025 begins with a home clash against United on January 4 before finishing the campaign at Anfield against Crystal Palace on May 25.
