Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza will open its second pizzeria in Liverpool in late September and have announced there will be 2,500 free pizzas up for grabs during the launch.
Rudy’s Bold Street will be a relaxed neighbourhood pizzeria situated in the former Sainsbury’s building on 105-107 Bold St, Liverpool, in the cultural heart of the city centre. The new pizzeria will occupy 3000 sq ft, providing 120 covers.
To mark the launch of the second Rudy’s Liverpool site, the new pizzeria will be offering 2,500 free pizzas to it’s new neighbours & friends. Creating perfect, light and classic Neapolitan pizza since 2015, the first Rudy’s Liverpool site opened on Castle Street in 2018.
For Rudy’s, it’s all about the pizza. The dough is made fresh on site every day and cooked in wood fired ovens for just 60 seconds, all in accordance with Neapolitan pizza tradition, leaving it soft and floppy with a leopard patterned cornichon (crust).
Believing Neapolitan pizza to be the best in the world, Rudy’s dough is made fresh daily using Caputo ’00’ flour which ferments for at least 24 hours, alongside the best quality ingredients imported twice a week from Naples, including San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields next to Mount Vesuvius, and Fior di Latte mozzarella.
Rudy’s Pizza was recently named the 5th best pizza in Europe by Big Seven and is currently the ‘No.1 Pizzeria in the UK’ on Tripadvisor.
Expect classic recipes such as Marinara, Margherita and Calabrese as well as weekly specials – all originating from Naples, the birthplace of pizza.
Rudy’s Bold Street is set to launch in late September 2021.
