Three men have been arrested after a man died following an incident at a Liverpool nightclub in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Anthony Condron died of his injuries after being involved in an incident at Maya Nightclub in the city centre. Police were called to the nightclub shortly after 1am to reports that a man had been assaulted during an altercation.
Anthony Condron was pronounced dead a short time later in hospital.
Police issued a CCTV appeal on Saturday night and three men were arrested shortly after. Three men, aged 22, 24 and 23-years-old are currently being questioned by detectives.
Anyone who was at Maya bar in the early hours, particularly a group of females who are thought to have been in the bar area when the incident took place, are urged to get in touch with detectives on (0151) 777 4044.
